Special Board Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandra Raspotnik, Scottie Sandstrom and Jim Park.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Jim Park to recess the Annual Meeting until May 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion and a second to adjourn.
