Special Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Scottie Sandstrom, Jim Park, Lynn Adams, Joe Amrein, Mike Harvey, Patsy Tetzner, Cheryl Sandstrom, Tracy Mattson, Bob Adams, Bob Short, Emmer Shields, Steve Bade, Ron Rechel, Brenda Rechel, Jay Glase, Kim Bro, Melody Fleig, Keith Fleig, Wendy Stein and Mike Cariveau.

Meeting notices were posted in the two public places, web site, and published in the Daily Press.

There was a verbal contest to the bidding of South Maple Hill to the Clerk from Mike Pagac, Ashland Sand and Gravel.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to rescind the motion from the April 12, 2022 meeting from Ashland Sand and Gravel. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Jim Park to rescind the motion from the April 12, 2022 meeting from Tyler’s Construction. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Emmer Shields, Engineer for the South Maple Hill project, will do a check on the bidders, get back to the Board, who will make a decision at that time as how to proceed, which could potentially mean rebidding the project, with a closing date of May 10, 2022.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to adjourn.
