Special Board Meeting called to order at 8:30. Present; Kerry Tetzner, Sandra Raspotnik, John Adams, Wendy Stein, Mike Harvey and Pat Guske.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

A motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to go into closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and as second by Wendy Stein to go out of closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion and a second to adjourn.
