Special Board Meeting called to order at 9:00 A.M.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey and Pat Guske.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to go into closed session to discuss Employee contracts. Motion carried. All ayes
