1. Call meeting to order and verify legal notification.
2. Approve minutes of meeting of July 8, 2024.
3. Third meeting of Comprehensive Plan Update Task Force. Review “Natural Resources and Agriculture” and “Transportation” chapters of town and county plans.
   Review trend in fragmentation of private lands.
   ●  Identify private forestlands most important for watershed health.
   ●  Identify prime agricultural lands.
   ●  Identify options for managing roads and improving transportation.
4. Preparing a postcard mailing to residents about updating the plan
5. Closed landfill update: the city can provide clay to repair the cap.
6. Set date and time for next meeting (propose Monday, September 9, 2024, 7:00 P.M.).
