Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Havey, Pat Guske and Donna Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the December 8, 2015 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. All books are balanced. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. About half of the salt sand has been used. The work on the steamer is a work in progress. The new tires for the pay loader have been put on. The 2016 1 ton plow truck is here and the plow has been mounted on it. Lots of snow plowing and sanding being done. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion Carried. All Ayes.

There was no plan commission meeting this month.

The person interested in looking at the old 1 ton plow truck was a no show.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to renew Michelle McCumbers for 2016 computer contract for $480.00 website and computer services and $95.88 for webhosting. Motion carried. All Ayes.

John is checking into a resolution on how much money can be spent by various departments in the Town before a special meeting needs to be called due to emergency spending.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
