Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner and Donna Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the January 8, 2012 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. There was talk on adding a fee for any Bank charges on bounced checks of $30.00.Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

There was no plan Commission meeting this month.

Bruce Hokanson gave road crew report. There are two broken windows in the Town garage from frost heaves. Mike will replace the panes. Lots of snow being plowed and roads are in good shape. Well done. Some talk on replacing plow truck in next few years and some work on front end loader may be needed. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report.

Motion carried. All ayes.

There were no agenda items.

A motion to pay all current bills.

A motion and a second to adjourn.
