Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Pat Guske, Wendy Stein, Phil Freeman, Ron Rechel, Brenda Rechel, Bob Short, Kathleen Russel, Jim Miller and Donna Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the November 15, 2016 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. All books are balanced. Property taxes have been sent out. Snow plowing signup sheets are being returned. Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Aye.

Pat Guske gave crew report. New plow shoes and wing shoes are needed at a cost of $108.00 and $199.50. A motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartrzell to purchase new plow and wing shoes. Motion carried. All ayes. Pat said they would like to up the order on salt this year from 85 tons to 115 tons. Everything else is going fine. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokason to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Jim Miller talked on getting high speed internet for the Town. He will set up a committee and be in charge. Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to sign a resolution to appoint Jim Miller as the chair for the committee. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A discussion on raising the wages of the election workers for $10.00 an hour to $13.00 an hour due to the long hours and all the training that is now needed to run an election. A motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second By John Hartzell to raise the wage to $13.00 an Hour. Motion carried.

A discussion on enrolling the Town property into a Community Forest program.

A discussion on what to use some of the money from the timber sale.

There was no Plan Commission meeting this month.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.

A motion and a second to adjourn.
