Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Havey, John Warren, Ken Carrlson, Jan Carlson and Donna Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the March 8, 2016 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. All books are balanced. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Aye.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. The culvert on Wannebo Road is washing away. Ben Duffer said we could get aid this year for replacing the culvert. A discussion on ordering plow blades and a set of stinger blades. They cut the top of the crushed black top better. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to order a set of Stinger blades from H & L for around $4000.00. Motion carried. All Ayes. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept Report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

The plan Commission met for three driveway permits and two buildings.

A permit was approved for Jeff Banowetz at SW ¼ of the SW ¼ section 33 Township 49 Range 5 for a small home.

A driveway permit was approved for Joseph Tetzner at the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ Section 36 Township 49 Range 5.

A driveway permit was approved for John and Marion Warren at the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ Section 25 Township 49 Range 49 and for a storage shed.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven to approve the appointment of Bruce Hokanson and Kim Bro for another three year term on the Plan Commission. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Road inspection is set for April 30th at 8:30 a.m. at Town Hall.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.

A motion and a second to adjourn.
