Special meeting called to order at 10:00 A.M. Present Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Mark Morey, Philip E. Tetzner, and Dan Westlund, Union Rep.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Purpose of meeting to review Employee Union Contract with Union Rep Dan Westlund.

Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to go into closed session. Motion carried.

Reviewed present wages and possible increases. Also Health Insurance coverage. Town presented proposal to be presented to employees by Dan Westlund.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
