SEPTEMBER 11, 2006

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Mark Morey, Philip E. Tetzner, John Hartzell, Kerry Tetzner, Donna Chapman, and Gary Maki.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of August 8, 2006 were read and written copies given to Board members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to pay Mike Harvey $1,000.00 for extra work in painting outside of Town Hall. Motion carried,

Donna gave Treasurer’s Report. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried.

Gary gave Crew report. Grading and culverts installed in the barrens. Federal furnished culverts. All patch blacktop is used up. New blacktop is graveled in driveway and shoulders. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Discussed Town Garage holding tank recording.

Reviewed National Forest ATV Routes.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
