Meeting Minutes October 14, 2014

Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Harzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Eric Adams, Michelle McCumber, and Mike Harvey.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the September 9, 2014 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Everything is looking good. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave the crew report. Grader blades for the trucks and grader will be about $3500.00. The water pump on the loader is leaking and needs a new water pump for $700.00 and $160.00 in labor. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to buy the grader blades and water pump for about $4,400.00. Motion carried. All Ayes. Mike will order 170 gallons of motor oil. Salt sand is mixed and in the shed. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Eric Adams asked if they could use the Town Hall to meet concerning internet service from Centurylink. It was okay with the Board and Eric will contact Bruce as to when they want to use it.

A driveway permit was signed for Mark Morey on Colberg Road Section 21, Town 49N, Range 5W, NW ¼ of the SE ¼ .

A driveway permit was signed for Neil Wilson @ 27725 Paulson Road, Section 33, Town 49, Range 5wW, NE1/4 of the SE ¼ .

The Board gave permission for the Town Planning Commission to work on the regulations for the driveway permits.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to have Michelle McCumber check into a computer for the Town garage for around $400.00 and a printer for the Town Hall for around $100.00. Motion carried. All Ayes. Michelle will also look at the fax machine hook up.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
