Special meeting called to order at 1:00 P.M. Present Mark Morey, John Hartzell, Philip Tetzner, and Kerry Tetzner.

Motion by Mark Morey and a second by John Hartzell to approve catering at Gary Maki’s funeral. Motion carried. All aye votes.
