Budget Hearing called to order at 6:30 P.M. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Ruth Hartzell, Patsy Tetzner, Donna Chapman and Mike Harvey.

Meeting notices were timely posted in the Daily Press and posted in the three public places in the Town.

Budgets were presented by the Clerk and reviewed.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to adjourn Budget Hearing. Motion carried.

Meeting of Electors called to order at 6:45 P.M. Same people present.

Motion by Ruth Hartzell and a second by Patsy Tetzner to approve a Town Levy of $50,649.00, a legal allowable increase of about 3%. Motion carried. All ayes.

Motion by Steven Tetzner to change Chairman per diem to $100.00 and Supervisor per diem to $90.00 and to raise Clerk’s salary to $6000.00 and Treasurer’s salary to $3000.00. A second from Mike Harvey to do so. Motion carried. All ayes.

Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Ruth Hartzell to adjourn Elector meeting. Motion carried.

Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Donna Chapman, Patsy Tetzner, Ruth Hartzell, Jim Nemec and Tom Koleski.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the October 12, 2010 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. One outstanding bill from Mike Nelson for snow removal. They called and will pay the bill this week. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Midland fixed the nozzle on the fuel tanks, checked tanks over and everything was good to go. Forestry signs are up. Working on Town Forestry Roads. The Bridge Inspection Report on the Church Corner Road came back. A few things need to be addressed next summer. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept Road Crew report. Motion carried.
