Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Philip Tetzner, Mark Morey and Donna Chapman. Also Gary Maki.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of April 17, 2007 were read and copies given to Board Members. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept as read. Motion carried.

Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to add, boarded dogs to be in by 9:00 P.M., to last months minutes. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Gary gave Crew report. Waiting for rest of signs and waiting for gravel. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried.

Received six bids for road gravel, 6,000 ton:

Motion by Mark Morey and a second by Kerry Tetzner to give bid to C & W Trucking for $ 9.92 per ton. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Reported to the Board that Signa Groves of C-Side Inn has applied for a Class B Combination Liquor License.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.
