Special meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Purpose to review gravel bid complaint. Present Mark Morey, Philip Tetzner, Kerry Tetzner, and John Hartzell. AlIso Bob Root of B & R Trucking.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Bob Root was present to plead his case. He had the low bid, but he had added a surcharge, which brought his bid higher than the low bid. No hard feelings as the Town Board explained their decision. No action taken.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
