Board of Review called to order at 6:45 P.M. with Mark Morey, John Hartzell, Kerry Tetzner and Philip Tetzner present.

Notices were properly and timely posted. Assessor had not completed her work SO there was a motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to adjourn to a later date. Motion carried.

Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to adjourn Board of Review. Motion carried.

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Mark Morey, John Hartzell, Kerry Tetzner, Philip E. Tetzner, and Donna Chapman. Also Frank Stone, Kurt Kiehne, Gary Morzenti, Ross Lightner, Bob Root, and Randy and Sue Erickson.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of April 9th were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept minutes as read. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurers report. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Opened gravel bids:
Northwoods Paving 13.86 per ton
C & W Trucking 12.82 per ton
B &R Trucking 12.20 per ton
South Shore Sand & Gravel 14.25 per ton
Ashland Construction 13.85 per ton
Iron River Sand & Gravel 13.86 per ton

Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to give bid to low bidder, B & R Trucking for $12.20 per ton. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Kurt Kiehne gave Crew report. Replace culvert on McKinley Road and place for extra gravel. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Signa Groves of C-Side Inn has applied for a Class B combination Beverage License.

Frank Stone updated Town on website.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.
