Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Brenda Rechel, Mike Harvey, John Adams and Wendy Stein.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.
Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the April 7 and May 5, 2020 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Adams and a second by Sandy Raspotnik to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Brenda gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. The Clerks and Treasurer’s computers are mirrored. Motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave the crew report. The new garage doors are in. Pat Guske has turned in his resignation as he has taken another job. Mike will be on sick leave for a couple of weeks. A motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by John Adams to approve a Class A building permit for Lucas Mattson. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Wendy Stein and a second by John Adams to have Landscape Creation & Wreath Designs Mow the lawn twice a month at the Town Hall. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Joh Adams to approve a driveway permit for Tom Cogger. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Wendy Stein to appoint Hallie Sandberg to The Plan Commission. Motion carried. All Ayes

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by John Adams to sign an Ordinance to appoint Alternate Members to the Board of Review. They are Ken Bro and Ellen Avol-Law. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Wendy Stein to sign an Ordinance relating to confidentiality about income and expense as requested by Assessor. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Wendy Stein and a second by John Adams to approve check number 13883 to 13910. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Sandy put the bids in the paper and to be turned in by June 8, 2020 for road projects this summer.

Motion by Wendy Stein and a second by John Adams for employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of employees. Motion carried. All ayes.

Motion by Wendy Stein and a second by John Adams to come out of closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to pay Pat Guske for forty hours of vacation time. Motion carried. All Ayes.
