MARCH 13, 2007

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Philip Tetzner, Donna Chapman and Mark Morey. Also Gary Maki, Cathy Morcy, Terri Bahe, Arnold Siroin and John Harold.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of February 13, 2007 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept. Motion carried.

Donna Chapman gave Treasurer’s report. Tax settlement completed with County Treasurer. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Gary gave Crew report. Employee accident and damage to equipment, some problems with steamer, and tires on backhoe. Snowplowing went well in snowstorm. Motion by Mark Morey and a second by John Hartzell to accept. Motion carried.

Received request from Arnold Siroin for variance on a parcel in SW SE Sec 32-49-5. A side yard setback of 46 feet to the East property line. John Harold appeared partially in opposition. John Harold is an adjoining property owner. Motion by Mark Morey and a second by John Hartzell to approve request with restrictions (needed certified survey to be done prior to March 29, 2007). Motion carried. All aye votes.

Terri Bahe appeared concerning historical records she has. Needs a fireproof storage space. She also brought up the Town trying to get the old Long Lake School property, 2 acres located in Sec 9- 48-5 NW NW.

Received bid from Keith Fleig for painting outside of Town Hall at a cost of about $3150.00. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept bid. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Reviewed driveway ordinance.

Discussed Fire and Ambulance contract with City of Washburn.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
