Regular Board Meeting called tp order at 7:00 P.M.. Present: Bruce Hokanson , Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Havery, Donna Chapman, Pat Guske and Jason Pearson.

Meeting minutes from the February 9, 2010 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. They checked on roads with Fahrner for crack sealing and double coat chip sealing. They steamed some culverts in the Town and a few in Barksdale, as their steamer was broke down. Need a few new parts to mount the snow plow wing, which Mike will order. Bringing in Snow plow truck to have the brakes put in the week of March 15^th. Also need a Engine Brake solenode switch for plow truck, which Mike will order. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept road crew report. Motion carried.

Kurt Kiehne said he will quit the Plan Commission. Kim Bro, John Hartzell, Bruce Hokanson and Ron Micheal will remain. Bruce Hokanson appointed Dale Brevak to the Plan commission. The minutes were read from the March 2, 2010 meeting. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept Plan Commission minutes. Motion carried.

Fahner asphalt Sealer Rep, Jason Pearson, gave an estimate on crack sealing and double chip seal on various roads in the Town. He also gave examples of different chips in the chip seal.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept Alder Engineering Corp. as the Uniform  Dwelling Code (UDC) inspector. Motion carried.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
