Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Brenda Rechel, Ron Rechel, Mike Harvey, John Adams, Wendy Stein, Scott Sturgeon, Jim Park and Scott Campbell.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the May 11, May 13, May 14, May 18 and the May 20, 2020 meetings were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Brenda gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. The Clerks and Treasurer’s computers are mirrored. Motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave the crew report. Joe Amrein is doing well in the new job, learning the grader on Forest Roads. The first cut of the mowing roads is done. Everything else is going fine. A motion by Wendy Stein and a second by John Adams to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Sandy Raspotnik gave the Chairperson report. She talked on Road Agreement with the Forestry, temporary route from Xcel for power line, PILT payment was incorrect so we will be getting more money back, some money for elections for absentee voting from Federal and Mike from Bayfield Wireless is looking at using Tower in Town seeing that they or Xcel did not get the grant. More to come on these topics.

A motion by Wendy Stein and a second by John Adams to continue to use Bayfield Count Zoning for the Town for building inspections. Motion carried. All Ayes.

There was no plan commission meeting.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by John Adams to accept Scott Const. bid for Double Chip Seal on Paulson Rd for $49,712.00. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Wendy Stein to accept the bid from Birch Street Excavating to put in two French Drains on North Maple Hill for $4,780.00. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to approve check number 13911 to check number 13947. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Motion by Wendy Stein and A second by John Adams to go into closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by John Adams and a second by Sandy Raspotnik to increase Mike’s salary by 75 cents an hour for a 3% equal match for IRA to start on July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. Motion carried. All Ayes.
