Meeting called to order at 9:45 p.m. by Chairman Calvin Schwenzfeier with Flonnes, Michalik and Tetzner present. Minutes of May 5, 1977 were read and there being no additions or corrections were accepted as read.

Discussed Fire Department contract with City of Washburn.

Motion and second to renew ambulance contract with City of Washburn.

Motion and second to grant C-Side License for coming year. $125.00 plus $5.00 plus fees.

Motion and second to renew Treasurer’s Bond with Washburn Agency for two year term.

Motion and second to apply for State Trust Fund loan.

Next meeting will be July 7, 1977.

Motion and second to pay current town bills.

Motion and second to adjourn.
