JUNE 12, 2007

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Mark Morey, Kerry ‘Tetzner, John Hartzell, Philip Tetzner and Gary Maki. Absent Donna Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of May 8, 2007 were read and written copies given to Board Members, Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept.

Clerk presented Board with Treasurer’s report.

Gary gave Crew report. Have received some poor quality gravel, highway line painting will start tomorrow, and need repairs on pickup. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to grant Signa Groves of C-Side Inn, a combination Class B Liquor License at same rate. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Discussed chimney in Town hall leaking creosote. Also possibility of new furnace. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to remove old chimney and replace furnace with efficient new furnace. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Discussed speed limits on certain Town roads, Nevers, Wannebo and Engoe.

Discussed purchasing tabulator to count ballots. No action taken. Clerk will attend demonstration.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
