July 3, 1980

The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Chairman Schwenzfeier with Ekholm, Grupstra, Tetzner, and Jacobson present. Leland Harvey was also present. Minutes of June 5, 1980 were read and there being no add1tions or corrections were accepted as read.

Motion and a second to adopt ordinance relating to load limits on town roads. Ordinance on file in July 1980 folder.

Motion and a second to adopt resolution concerning Al Westlings’ dam on Four Mile Creek. Resolution on file in June 1980 folder.

Received damage to animal claim from Leland Harvey in amount of $100.00. Will file with County Clerk.

Motion and a second to put notice with gravel bills, that if not paid in thirty days, 1 1/2% interest per month will be added.

Motion and a second  to pay all current town bills.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
