Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey and Jamie Hudak.

Meeting minutes from the June 8, 2010 meeting were read and written copies were given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. We received more money for Forest Road signs. Mike ordered some. Problems on Wannebo Road. Road is caving in to due rotting tree stumps. It was decided to haul fill in from ditching on Paulson Road. Culverts were changed on Church Corner Road and Wannebo Road. Mike will purchase 150 gallons of Hydraulic oil. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept driveway permit from Jamie Hudak. Motion carried.

A motion from John Hartzell and a second from Steven Tetzner to do wedging on the Ondossagon and Wannebo Roads on a quote from Northwoods paving for $24,833.64. Motion carried.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzel to accept quote from  Scott Construction Inc. to do chip sealing on one mile on the Ondossagon Road for $14,485.00. Motion carried.

Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzel to accept quote from Scott Construction Inc. to do chip sealing on one mile on the Wannebo Road for $14,485.00. Motion carried

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
