JULY 11, 2006

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Kerry Tetzner, Mark Morey, Philip Tetzner, John Hartzell, Gary Maki, Mike Lightner, Ryan Tetzner, Kurt Kiehne, and Paul and Chris Rice. Absent Donna Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of June 13, 2006 were read and copies given to Board Members. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept minutes. Motion carried.

Clerk presented Treasurer’s report. Motion by Mark Morey and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Gary Maki gave Crew report. He reported the blacktopping on Old “C” and Nevers Road being done. Also grass mowing coming along fine. Culverts being put in by forest service. Motion by Morey and a second by Kerry Tetzner approve report. Motion carried.

Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to grant a building Permit to Paul and Chris Rice to build a year round residence on NW NW Sec 28-49-5. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Motion by Kerry Tetzner and as second by John Hartzell to grant a building permit to Ryan Tetzner to build a manufactured home to replace a mobile home on a 5-acre Parcel in SE NW Sec 12-48-5. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Kurt Kiehne appeared concerning an incident with a dirt bike, peed, and a neighbor. All was settled amicably.

Reviewed Leafy Spurge spraying and control.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
