JANUARY 9, 2007

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present John Hartzell, Kerry Tetzner, Mark Morey, Philip Tetzner and Donna Chapman. Also Gary Maki.

Minutes of December 12, 2006 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept. Motion carried.

Donna gave her report. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Gary gave Crew report. Crewmember off with sore back. Working on canopy for mower tractor, extra salt in sand doing good job, discussed pay for extra employee if needed. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept Gary’s report. Motion carried.

Discussed heaters for Town garage. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to purchase three new heaters. Town crew will install as they have time. A cost of about $2,000.00. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Discussed new Road signs and Centerlining Program. Discussed major projects for 2007 and gravel needs.

Made drawing for order of names for Treasurer on ballot for April Election. Donna’s name was drawn first.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
