Meeting called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Chairman Calvin Schwenzfeier with Flonnes, Michalik and Tetzner present. Minutes of Dec. 4, 1975 were read and upon motion accepted as read.

Motion and second to pay Alonzo Harvey’s Health Insurance quarterly instead of monthly.

Motion and second to pass Treasurer’s Bond Resolution.

Motion and second to pay all current town bills.

Discussed Savings and Checking Account at Washburn State Bank.

Motion and second to adjourn.
