JANUARY 5, 1993

Regular meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. Present Pohlman, Retzloff, Haugen, Chapman, and Tetzner. Also Bob Adams and Ed Pajala.

Minutes of December were handed out to Board members. Motion by Haugen and a second by Retzloff to accept as written. Motion carried.

Treasurer presented and explained her financial report. Motion by Haugen and a second by Retzloff to accept. Motion carried.

Discussed unpaid bills. Personal property, snow, gravel.

Bob Adams presented and read resolution concerning the Neutralysis Plant issue in Ashland. He also had copies of resolutions presented by City of Washburn, Town of Bayfield, and Bad River Tribe. Some changes were made in his resolution by Town Board.

Motion by Haugen and a second by Retzloff to approve resolution as changed. Motion carried. Copies will be sent to Cities of Washburn and Ashland, The Daily Press and County Journal.

Discussed bills paid at years end.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
