JANUARY 13, 2004

Regular meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. Present Tom Cogger, Mark Morey, Kerry Tetzner, Phil Tetzner, Donna Chapman, and Gary Maki. Also John Hartzell and Joe Scholl.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of December 9, 2003 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by Tom Cogger to accept. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by Tom Cogger and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Gary gave Town crew report. Passed Fire Inspection, not much to report. Everything going okay. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by Tom Cogger to accept report. Motion carried.

Discussed NFL PILT Proposal. Town of Washburn will not sign.

Discussed Comprehensive Plan. Possibility of grants to cover some of the cost. Have Tim Kane at February meeting.

Leafy Spurge update.

Reviewed Salt Shed information. Costs, grants available, location, size, and time schedule.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Reviewed major projects for year 2004.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
