Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.  Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Donna Chapman, Pat Guske, Kim Bro, Kurt Kiehne, and Travis Tulowitzky.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places in the Town and published in the Press.

Minutes of the December 8, 2009 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Lots of snow plowed. They fixed a tire on front end loader, may need new ones later on. They need to fixed clutch and brakes on plow truck for a cost of $1500.00 for parts and $2400.00 for labor. It was decided to have them fixed as soon as possible. Mike ordered a new chain apron for plow truck for a cost of about $850.00. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to accept plan commission minutes. Motion carried.

A discussion with Travis Tulowitzky on the Bayfield Comprehensive Plan. It was decided not to go for Bayfield County Comprehensive Plan. Motion carried. All ayes.

A discussion on purchasing a used rubber tired roller and a snow wing for the plow truck. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to purchase the rubber tired roller for $5000.00 and the snow wing for $1000.00 to be delivered together. Motion carried.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
