JANUARY 12, 1995

Regular meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. Present Mihalek, Faulkner, and Tetzner. Also Ed Pajala and Bob Adams. Absent Retzloff.

Meeting notice was properly posted in the Daily Press and three public places in the Town.

Minutes of December 1994 written copies were given to Board Members. Motion by Faulkner and a second by Mihalek to accept. Motion carried.

Discussed final payment made on Sioux River Bridge to D.O.T. and receiving final bridge aid check from Bayfield County.

Bob Adams appeared concerning snow plowing Old “C” between Spurlocks and Dave Cooks. He was in favor of plowing and had a list of Town residents also in favor of plowing.

Dick Mihalek reported on Bridge inspections done this past fall.  Sioux River Bridge and Four Mile Creek Bridges needed minor repairs. The three small bridges on Four Mile Creek were to be closed until they could be repaired, replaced or the road permanently closed.

Motion by Faulkner and a second by Mihalek to adopt resolution designating NS Bank as depository for 1995 Tax Funds. Motion carried.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Received letter from Alonzo Harvey stating he would retire by May 1, 1995. He would have 6 weeks vacation time coming after May 1st. Motion by Faulkner and a second by Mihalek to accept this letter and place on file.

Motion by Faulkner and a second by Mihalek to adopt petition to Bayfield County for balance of County Bridge Aid for Sioux River Bridge $6,017.68. Motion carried.
