JANUARY 10, 2006

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Phil Tetzner, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Donna Chapman, Mark Morey and Gary Maki. Also Cathy Morey, Ruth Hartzell, Steve Bade, and Kim Bro.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of December 13, 2005 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept minutes. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Discussed unpaid snowplow bill of $300.00 for Ahren Sauld. Will check with small claims court as she is ignoring the bills. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept Treasurers report. Motion carried.

Gary gave crew report. Lots of sanding, some machinery repairs. Talked a little bit about health insurance. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
