Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, Steven Tetzner, John Hartzell, Mike Harvey, Donna Chapman and Michelle McCumber.

Meeting minutes from the January 12, 2010 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a  second by John Hartzell to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. The clutch was fixed on the plow truck. A new tire was put on the the front end loader. Plow truck was stuck and needed a wrecker to pull it out. Mike was told to check out other places for prices to see if a better price could be reached. An accident on Nevers Road with the plow truck. Pat got a fail to stop ticket. Mike will be ordering plow blades for grader and plow truck. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried.

Discussion on renewing a service contract with Michelle McCumber for maintenance of the Towns computers. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to renew contract. Motion carried.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to sign a resolution to oppose the DOR assessment proposal. Motion carried.

Discussion on the UDC to have James Price Jr. attend the March Town meeting for further discussion on the UDC.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
