FEBRUARY 7, 1995

Regular meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. Present Retzloff, Mihalek, Chapman, and Tetzner.

Meeting notice was properly posted in the Daily Press and three public places in the Town.

Minutes of January 12, 1995 written copies were given to Board Members. Motion by Mihalek and a second by Retzloff to accept. Motion carried.

Reviewed Treasurer’s report. Motion by Retzloff and second by Mihalek to accept. Motion carried.

Reviewed Alonzo Harvey retirement and steps to take for replacement.

Reviewed problems with holding tank at Town garage. It is leaking water into it through the standpipe. Poor seal.

Dick Mihalek reported on Four Mile Creek Bridges, having talked with Larry Young.

Motion by Mihalek and a second by Retzloff to charge back delinquent 1993 personal property tax of $162.44 as per Section 74:42 (1) Wisconsin Stats. Motion carried.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Motion and a second to have three inspectors for February 21 Primary.

Motion carried Motion and a second to adjourn.
