FEBRUARY 14, 2006

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Kerry Tetzner, Philip Tetzner, John Hartzell, Mark Morey and Donna Chapman. Also present Gary Maki, Cathy Morey and Bob Short.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of January 10, 2006 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurers report. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Gary gave crew report. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept. Motion carried.

Discussed culvert inventory on Town roads, computers for the Town, newsletter, and big budget items for 2006.

Reviewed Cooperative Weed Management, a Bayfield County mitigation plan and forming a Town Plan Commission Structure.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.
