FEBRUARY 13, 2007

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present John Hartzell, Kerry Tetzner, Philip Tetzner, Mark Morey, Donna Chapman and Gary Maki, Also Cathy Morey, Mary Gardner and Tom Arms.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of January 9, 2007 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurers report. Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept. Motion carried.

Gary gave Crew report. New furnaces are up in shop, working in barrens, everything in good shape. Motion by Mark Morey and a second by Kerry Tetzner to accept. Motion carried.

Met with Tom Arms who is requesting a special use permit to have a home occupation for furniture restoration located in SWSW Sec 12-48-5 unofficial Lot 5. Much discussion especially about covenant on involved property. Motion by Mark Morey and a second by Kerry Tetzner to approve request, with restrictions, leaving it as a home occupation. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Reviewed Sign and Pavement Marking program.

Discussed National Forest Travel Management Rule for logging roads in the Barrens. Motion by Morey and a second by John Hartzell that Forest Service can open any roads in Barrens at their discretion. Motion carried.

Reviewed Ambulance and Fire contracts with City of Washburn. Will set up meeting with officials of City and Town of Bayview.

Reviewed Bridge Inspection report.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
