Meeting was called to order at 8:30 p.m. by Chairman Schwenzfeier with Tetzner, Michalik and Flonnes present. Leland Harvey was also present. Minutes of July 6, 1978 were read and there being no additions or corrections were accepted as read.

Discussed NH mower problem purchased from Lulich Imp.

Discussed blacktopping.

Approved request of David Hall to build a residence on the S½ of the N½-SW¼-SW¼ Sec. 22-49-5.

Granted permission for Lake Superior Power Company to cross Nevers Road with overhead service.

Discussed possibility of Ken Merila taking over landfill.

Discussed purchasing culverts at sale price from Laverne Anderson.

Motion and second to pay all current town bills.

Went over Plats for new plat book.

Motion and second to adjourn.
