Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey, Kim Bro, Sarah Tetzner and Richard Brick.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the July 9, 2013 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report.  Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. The gravel has been spread on Paulson Road and is ready for the Double Chip Seal. Continuing ditching on Paulson Road. The salt sand gravel has been screened. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Kim Bro spoke on the Richard Brick driveway/land use application. Due to the soil conditions on the spot and the trailer/building to be put in, were not up to zoning standards and did not meet the Town of Washburn’s Comprehensive Plan standards. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to disapprove of the relocation of the trailer/house, 32’ x 13’on Paulson Road, SW ¼ , SW ¼ , Section 33, Township 49N, Range 5W. Motion carried. All ayes.

There was a discussion on Utilities companies putting in lines with not letting anyone know they were doing the work.

Discussion on crack sealing and wedging on some of the roads. This was tabled for further information.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
