Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey and Jim Hedrick.

Meeting minutes from the March 10, 2010 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Screening for salt sand by C & W Trucking will not be more then $800.00 with enough sand screened for six years. Talked about ordering a couple of culverts. Talked on putting gravel on Brevak Road. Forestry Department wants to buy $7000.00 worth of gravel. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept Road Crew report. Motion carried.

Minutes of Plan Commission meeting were read. Kenneth Bro, Dale Brevak and Bruce Hokanson to three year terms ending April 30, 2013. Ron Micheal and John Hartzell terms end April 30, 2012. Kim Bro was elected as Chairman, John Hartzell as Vice Chair and Ron Micheals as Secretary.

Discussion on putting second coat of Enzyme on Old C Road this year. John is checking into this.

Bid Notice will be advertised for Engoe Road project by Chairman Bruce Hokanson.

Talked on purchasing salt but County is not ready yet.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
