Special mecting. Present Mark Morey, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Kurt Kiehne, and Mike Harvey.

Motion by Mark Morey and a second by John Hartzell to go into closed session. All ayes.

Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to go out of closed session. All ayes.

Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to into open session. All ayes.

Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to classify Mike Harvey as Road Crew and not Road Supervisor because of Disciplinary Action. There will now be one supervisor position. Mike was in agreement and made the suggestion of not being Road Supervisor, but Road Crew instead. Motion carried with 3 ayes.

Motion by Kerry Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell that if there is another incident with Mike Harvey, this will be grounds for termination or disciplinary action. 2 ayes, Mark Morey did not vote.

Motion and a second to adjourn. All ayes.
