Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Chairman Calvin Schwenzfeier with Flonnes, Michalik and Tetzner present. Dave Cook also present. Minutes of November 6, 1975 meeting were read and upon motion accepted as read.
Motion and second to apply for the “Green Thumb Program”.
Motion and second to pay all current town bills.
Leland Harvey, John Anderson and Kenneth Swanson appeared.
Motion and second to adjourn.

Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Chairman Schwenzfeier, with Flonnes, Michallk and Tetzner present. Minutes of 0ctober 2, 1975 were read and upon motion accepted as read. Dave Cook appeared and presented bill for Sand Lift.
Motion and second to charge a $25.00 advance fee for snowplowing for transients. Motion and second to send a request to Jake Heinlein to change the SW-NE and the SE-NW Sec. 27-49-5 from Forestry to Agricultural.
Motion and second to pay all current town bills except Bayfield County blacktop bill.
Motion and second to adjourn.

Motion and second to purchase ten rolls of snow fence from Isakssons.
Motion and second to pay all current town bills.
Discussed Engo Road and what to do about it. An inspection date was set up. Also discussed Long Lake Road blacktopping.

Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m. with Flonnes, Schwenzfeier and Tetzner present. James Michalik appeared and was sworn in as Supervisor to replace Larry Roy. Minutes of August 7, 1975 meeting were read and upon motion accepted as read.
Robert Adams appeared before board requesting building permit for the East ½ of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ Sec. 27-49-5. Motion and second to grant it.
Set tractor and mower rate at $9.00 per hour. Set blacktop at $19.00 per yard. Motion and second to receive and place on file request to name Arnson Road.
Motion and second to pay all current town bills.
Motion and second to haul stone and install culvert at Church Corner for Memorial if they purchase culvert.

Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Chairman Schwenzfeier with Flonnes and Tetzner present. Minutes of July 3, 1975 meeting were read and upon motion accepted as read. Leland and Alonzo Harvey were also present.
Motion and second to grant Robert Skingel permission to place a mobile home as a permanent residence on a plot of land measuring 419′ Deep by 520′ Frontage located in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ Sec. 10-48-5.
Motion and second to leave Sanitary Landfill agreement with City of Washburn as it is concerning use of Bulldozer.
Received Resignation of Larry Roy as Supervisor. Accepted and placed on file.
Motion and second to pay all current town bills.
Motion and second to pay Bayfield County bill of $38,778.08 for blacktopping Church Corner Road last fall.

The Board of Review for Town of Washburn met on Monday, July 14 at 10:00 a.m. with Schwenzfeier, Flonnes, Tetzner and Rowe present.
Edward Pajala and Robert Day appeared with questions, but no special problems.
The Board adjourned at 4:00 p.m. till July 29th, 1975 at 8:00 p.m.

Set Board of Review for Monday, July 14th at 10:00 a.m.
Motion and second to join Wisconsin Town’s Association for another year.
Discussed Stephen Uhl S ½ of SE Sec 2-48-5 land regarding roadway and building permits.
Motion and second to give Nels Gigstad permission to build on SE-NE Sec. 3-48-5. A permanent residence.

Ken Swanson appeared requesting explanation of wages paid him last winter.
Minutes of May 3, 1975 read and upon motion accepted as read.
Motion and second to accept Fire Protection agreement with City of Washburn for another year.
Motion and second to give Andrew Carlson permission to put a trailer on Lot 1 “A” Sec. 12-48-5.
Joe Scholl appeared as visitor.

Meeting called to order at 2:15 p.m. by Chairman Calvin Schwenzfeier with Tetzner and Flonnes present. Leland Harvey also present. Minutes of April 5, 1975 meeting read and approved.
Harvey Rowe appeared and explained dog counting. He also explained cattle values for 1975. Approximate 50% of 1974. Hold land values same as 1974.
Motion and second that Harvey Rowe be appointed to dog assess. As per. Sec. 174.06 in State Statutes.
Motion and second that Leland and Alonzo go to municiple road employee school at regular wages.
Motion and second to accept C-Side Liquor and Beer License application and leave fee as is $125.00 and $5.00 cigarette.
Received gravel bids from Ashland Construction at $4.45 and Roffers Construction at $4.49 per cu. yard. Motion and second to accept Ashland Construction bid providing it is of good quality.
Motion and second to pay all current town bills.
