Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman and Mike Harvey.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the February 11, 2014 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Everything with the bank charges have been taken care of. Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Front end loader needs new oil cooler. Cost is about $1468.00. A new front tire for the Back Hole was needed. Some culverts are frozen and will be watching them. The 55 gallon drum of antifreeze is gone. Mike will check into prices and how long of a shelve life it has. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to renew the contract with Landscape Creations and Wreath Co. for $60.00 a time for mowing grass at the Town Hall. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion to pay all current bills.

A motion and a second to adjourn.

Meeting minutes from the January 21, 2014 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Everything with the bank charges have been taken care of. Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Front End Loader is working fine after repairs. Mike will order plow blades for the equipment from US Blade and Chain. Long winter and lots of snow plowing. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

There was no Plan Commission meeting.

Bruce talked to Ben Dufford on grant money for the culvert on Wannebo Road. He seemed to think there would be money available. We will hear more later on.

A motion to pay all current bills.

January 21, 2014

Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey and Michelle McCumber.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the December 10, 2013 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. There has been some problems with Bremer Bank on charges for some of the accounts. Kerry and Donna will meet with the Bank manager sometime this week to try and solve the problem. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Everything is running fine. A lot of snow plowed and clean up done. The Front End loader has been repaired. It needed a pressure test and new thermostat installed. It is running fine now. Mike will check on prices for the yearly order on cutting blades for all the equipment and get back to the Board. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Michelle McCumber brought the new contract for maintenance and repair for the Town Computers and the renewal of the Web page fees. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to renew the contract. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by Steven Tetzner to send Bill Mihalek a check for $50.00 for consultation on the Front End Loader. Motion carried. All  ayes.

A motion to pay all current bills.

Special Board Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey and Pat Guske.

Meeting notices were properly placed in the three public places and Published in the Daily Press.

The meeting is for the purpose of discussing Employees contracts.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to go into closed session. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by Steven Tezner and a second by John Hartzell to end closed session. Motion carried. All ayes.
