April 19, 2016 Annual Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Bruce Hokanson. Meeting notices were posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes from the April 21, 2015 were read. Motion by Chuck Groves and a second by Andrea Hokanson to accept minutes as read. Motion carried.

Ruth Hartzell brought up things that could be done to the Town web site. A calendar with important dates and happenings in the Town. For example, spring and fall dump days. She would also like to see a sign outside of the Town Hall when an election was going on.

Michelle McCumber would contact the Clerk on how to post the minutes. She would also contact Ruth on the calendar.

Bob Short asked about black top on West Maple Hill.

Bruce Hokanson talked about things going on in the Town. A new culvert on Wannebo Road needs to be replaced and a culvert on McKinely Road needs replacing. There will be gravel and crushed black top put on Paulson Road. The Town sold the 1998 chevy truck for $5000.00. There was also some talk on the group trying to get internet serviced improved in the Town.

Motion made to have the next Annual Meeting on the second Tuesday after the election, April 18, 2017. Motion carried.

Motion by Patsy Tetzner and a second by Chuck Groves to Adjourn. Motion carried.
