ANNUAL MEETING
MINUTES – APRIL 11, 1995

Annual meeting called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Richard Mihalek. Minutes of April 12, 1994 were read. There being no additions or corrections, it was moved by Ed Pajala and seconded by Shirley Haugen to accept as read.

Reviewed and discussed 1994 Audit report audit  report. Possibility or outside audit in future years. Motion by Jim Miller and a second by Ed Pajala to accept audit report. Motion carried.

Robert Pratt requested Town Board approval to move building equipment over posted Town roads. No action taken.

Chairman Mihalek reported on completing Town garage, enhanced 911, Four Mile Creek abandonment, Town hall furnace, limited road work in 1995, computers and software, Bud Harvey retirement, and a newsletter.

Ed Pajala talked about his work on the Town of Washburn history. Motion by Chapman and a second by Shirley Haugen to add $700.00 to the original $300.00 set aside for the project in 1992 for a total of  $1,000.00. Motion carried.

Motion by Shirley Haugen and a second by Ed Pajala to have next annual meeting on the Tuesday following election, which is April 9, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. Motion carried.

Motion and a second to adjourn.
