CAUCUS

Called to order at 2:00 P.M. Motion by Badura and a second by W. Ekholm that Shirley Haugen be Caucus Chairman. Motion carried.

Motion by Bev Tetzner and a second by W. Ekholm that Kathleen Ekholm be Caucus Clerk. Motion carried.

Motion by Philip Tetzner and a second by W. Ekholm that nominations be by ballot. Motion carried. Shirley Haugen appointed Bev Tetzner and Ken Swanson as tellers.

CHAIRMAN: NOMINEES AND FIRST BALLOT

Motion by Swanson and a second by Ekholm that the two names be placed on ballot. Motion carried.

 

SUPERVISORS: NOMINEES AND FIRST BALLOT

Motion and a second that four highest, Badura, Casey, Adams, and Gerwood be placed on ballot. Motion carried.

 

CLERK: Philip Tetzner was the only nomination; therefore, it was moved and seconded that Philip Tetzner’s name be placed on ballot. Motion carried.

TREASURER: Fay Slusser was the only nomination; therefore, it was moved and seconded that Fay Slusser’s name be placed on ballot. Motion carried.

After nominations, motion by Joe Gerwood and a second by W. Ekholm to adjourn. Motion carried.
