Special Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Scottie Sandstrom, Patsy Tetzner, Cheryl Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Wendy Stein, Lance Twombly, Carolyn Twombly, Mike Harvey, Kathleen Russell, Signa Groves, Chuck Groves, Ruth Hartzell, John Hartzell, Kim Bro, Steve Bade and Jim Miller.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the two public places and on the Website.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to have one culvert and two sleeve replacements on Wannebo Road with it being okay to take them out of the BIL grant with no repercussions and the Town will replace them. The cost being $28,171.93. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Jim Park to have Scottie Sandstrom meet with a lawyer on the easement from landowners for placement of the sleeves and culverts. Motion carried. All Ayes.

The decision of the solar panels has been put on hold until more information on and 80/20 match from the State is received.
