A Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandra Raspotnik, Scottie Sandstrom, Jim Park, Gina Park, Peter Tetzner, Mike Harvey, and Derick Bacha.

Meeting notices were posted in the two public places, website, and published in the Daily Press.

Jim Bacha from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Northwest Region, spoke on the Wannebo Road pavement replacement project, from Ondossagon Road to Chequamegon Heights Road.

The purpose of the meeting was to present the preferred pavement replacement alternative and look to the public for input to assist in the further development of the design and final highway plans. Maps of the project area and preliminary plans were shared.

A motion be Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to adjourn. Motion carried. All Ayes.
