Special Meeting of the Town of Washburn Town Board for the purpose of discussing personnel issues.

Special Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandra Raspotnik, Scottie Sandstrom, Jim Park, Matthew Lippo, and Mike Harvey.

Meeting notices were posted in the two public places, website, and the Daily Press.

Jim made a motion to go into closed session. Scottie Sandstrom seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.

Scottie Sandstrom made a motion to come out of closed session. Jim Park seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.

Jim Park made a motion to adjourn. Scottie Sandstrom seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.
