Special meeting called to order at 9:00 am. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Scottie Sandstrom, Joe Amrein, and Mike Harvey.

Meeting notices were posted in the two public places, web site and the Daily Press.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to go into closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Jim Park had Joe and Mike name all the projects that they are doing for the Town.

Joe and Mike are to meet each workday morning and discuss what projects they are going to be working on. They were instructed to keep track of the projects they did and report to Jim Park with an email every working day on what they had accomplished.

Joe Amrein will be attending the monthly Town Board Meetings.

There will be a discussion on their reports at the Board Meeting.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to come out of closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.

There were no motions in the closed session.
